Whew! What a week. We had such a great Christmas Eve and Christmas Day that it completely overshadowed the doom and gloomy car news from earlier in my week. We couldn't help but be at peace on Christmas day when we were able to wake up and open gifts as a family. Avah LOVED all of her toys, especially the new wagon we got for her. She liked it so much that she insisted on opening all of her gifts while sitting in the darn thing! Too cute. Benn made out like a bandit too. He was a very good boy this year. :)
While we're sad to see the holidays coming to an end, its also a relief that things will start to slow down. I'm excited to start saving money again (instead of spending all the time) and I'm looking forward to some nice quiet weekends at home so I can use my new Cricket (for those non-scrapbookers out there its the best tool you can have for making letters, cutouts or anything out of paper really)!
