Bathtime & Piggy Tails

Look at those adorable curls. So...I've been longing for the day that I can put Avah's hair in pigtails and its finally arrived. After the kids each had a bath, I figured why not try pigtails? So I did. However due to the curls and shortness of hair on top of her head (fyi - she has a baby mullet - short on top long curly in the back) it looked a little out of control. To my surprise, Avah sat still long enough for me to part her hair and put the hair ties in and she loved the pigtails. She thought she was so beautiful and ran out to show her daddy and didn't even try to pull them out until it was time for bed!

This was Avah helping me give Benn a bath. She's got to be everywhere he is and she's such a good helper! Benn loves his bath time and has started kicking and splashing like crazy. So usually on nights he gets baths so do I. :)
