Lots of cookies...cookies for me! This weekend was busy, but VERY productive...which always makes me happy. And to top it off, my mom and I made 5 different kinds of cookies today (like I need cookies!) Anyway, we make chocolate cherry cookies (just like my grandma used to make), pizzelles (an italian cookie my grandma used to make), sugar cookies, thumbprint cookies, and russian tea cakes. Plus when I got home I dipped pretzels in chocolate and sprinkles, then I made chex mix! Aghhh....
What a day. Now, I'm just sitting here wishing I didn't have to go to work tomorrow or the whole week for that matter. Last week was REALLY rough on me. How do people do it? Work and have a family? I suppose I'll figure it out. All I can do now is hope this week goes by faster than last. With potlucks at work (that's what all the cookies are for), my first gymnastics meet on Wednesday and Russ' birthday on Thursday, I'm sure time will fly. Well, time to get things around for tomorrow...good night!
