Monkeying Around In the Jungle

Last weekend we planned on hanging out with our great friends Marc & Kathy and their kids Nick and Aubree at the Chelsea TreeHouse. But when we arrived it was closed until after the parade (apparently some BIG shin dig the entire community participates in). None the less, Marc pulled thru and found a bigger and better playhouse for the kids! Its called Jungle Java and if you haven't been and you have kids, its a must.

The atmosphere was great, kids had a blast and it was reasonably priced. There were slides, tunnels, a zip line, nets to climb, and more. From where I was standing it looked like Avah and Nicholas were having a blast. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to climb with Avah and watch her experience these new things first hand since I'm 9 months prego, but it was still fun. Nicholas had no fear climbing anything and everything in sight and Avah just tried to keep up (with dad's help of course). Kathy made the day a lot more fun for Avah...she carried her across every net and mesh walkway in the Jungle since Avah was too afraid to walk on the unstable ground by herself. And it was SO cute and comforting knowing she was having a good time with our friends.

Nicholas was a big help too with Avah and even played with her in the kiddie jungle (the area designated for littler kids). Here's some pics of them monkeying around.
