Aug. SHOWERS bring Sep. BABIES (hopefully)

Last Sunday, Russ' mom threw us a baby shower for baby #2. It was so nice and we received lots of great gifts...mostly clothes, but we got a lot of diapers and blankets too! The shower was at the Hunt Club which had AWESOME food. Yummy yum yum. We had white chicken chili soup and salad. Along with cake of course. :) All of which baby G loved!

Now, all we need is a baby. We're starting to get anxious although there's still a lot to be done like wash all the adorable clothes, and the never ending cleaning and organizing - something I've been cursed with feeling the need to do constantly. While we are excited for our son's arrival, we're hoping he continues to bake in the baby oven for at least another 5-6 weeks. I say this because our friend had her precious girl 6 weeks early (hi Melissa and Ella). Both mom and baby pulled thru great though, there just seems to be so much more to worry about when you have a preemie. (Check out Ella and Avah playing in the post above)
