What a fun weekend we had...shopping on Friday, the lake on Saturday and the county fair on Sunday. Lately, we've been packing our weekends full of fun and trying cherish each moment we have just the 3 of us. Anyone who spends any amount of time with us knows I thrive on a schedule and having plans. So far, with 1 kid this seems to be managable. However in just 7 short weeks (hopefully only 7 weeks left!) our world will change and my plans-or lack there of-will be controlled by our new little bundle of boy joy set to arrive September 24th. This makes me sad, anxious and impatient all at the same time. Aghhh the joys of pregnancy, hormones and untamable emotions.Avah is our whole world. We LOVE spending time with her and its hard to imagine we'll be able to love another child as much. But we will and life will be complete. For now, Avah is growing like a weed on steroids and seems to learn a new word, animal noise or trick everyday. This makes for some interesting outings in public, which brings me to the next question...is it OK to laugh AT your child when they make loud animal noises at inappropriate times, say for instance at church while the entire congregation is silently praying? :)
Back to the weekend, we got to hang out with Matt and Amber on the lake. So much fun...here are some pics of Avah enjoying the day at Lake Leann.
