Its true, we are spartan fans (for the most part) We don't have any ties to MSU or UofM but my SIL and BIL have graduated from/are going to MSU. So, that counts right? Either way, when the two schools play each other we usually root for MSU. I'm not sure why I'm telling you all this, but I guess its because I was SO excited to go cheer on UofM last night at their gymnastics meet at Cristler Arena. Avah and I went with some good friends of ours (that Avah also does gymnastics with) and we had so much fun. Really, I'm not sure who had more fun, Avah or me.
Being in the Arena with so many amazing gymnasts, fans, and heart pumping music filled me with excitement. Avah loved every minute of it too. I don't think she stopped grinning the entire night. Avah especially liked the girls on bars and danced to almost all of the music when the girls did their floor routines. Melted my heart!!! I might just have a future gymnast on my hands. :)
It was a late night, but totally worth it. Avah got a sweatshirt and we shared some twizzlers. Other highlights of the night were seeing a 9.9 on beam and a 9.9 and a 9.95 on floor. I love Kylee Botterman. If you want to read more highlights click here. A fun night with my favorite girl!

Oh no... don't tell Scott about this... ;-) He's pretty die-hard when it comes to MSU. He may never speak to you again. :-) Looks like fun... Ally loves going to meets too... but at MSU of course. ;-)
