So, I got started planting my vegetables this year (a couple, maybe even a few weeks after Memorial Day) because of the crummy spring weather, we went to the zoo one weekend, and a Tigers game the next. Needless to say, my plants are a little delayed in their development when compared to others who planted early or just on time.
Anyways, my plants are finally yielding fruit (well, actually vegetables)! What do you think?
For those of you non-gardeners out there, the ones on the left are salad cucumbers and the zuchinni is on the right.

Still no tomatoes yet, but I've got my fingers crossed for a plentiful bunch in August.

So proud :)
awesome karen! :) I did a garden last year and it was so much dang work but it was nice to have! This year I didn't do crap with it so... now we have nothing. Maybe I will do it again next year.
I am impressed! I ate my first grape tomato on Thursday from one of my plants. It wasn't totally ripe, but I just couldn't wait any longer! :)
