We originally planned on going downtown last night to watch the Christmas parade, but it was TOO cold. Avah's struggling to even say "Santa" and Brody was still feeling under the weather. So instead, we decided to have dinner at Buffalo BBQ Wings and hit up Maggie Moo's for ice cream after. 25 degrees outside...too cold for santa, but never too cold for ice cream.
Just so you know, this wasn't just any ice cream. My friend Kathy turned me on to the sinful treat of Maggie Moo's last weekend, and I have to say I may just frequent that place once a week or more this winter. Two words...mint brownie. Ahhhhhh! Avah enjoyed her mini cone too and Russ had snickers.
So, sorry Santa, maybe we'll get to see you at the mall this year!

it was nice seeing you and your little lady last night!! :) Like I said before, I just adore her curls! She is too cute!!! :) Yeah Maggie Moos is pretty sinful- I got chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and brownies... how bad is that???? haha when I was preggo during the summer I went there just about every night- NO JOKE. Perhaps thats why I gained 35-40 lbs???? But its so good!!!
