Yeay!!!!! I can barely contain my excitement! I got a new LENS for my camera tonight! Russ, Johnene and my mom all surprised me and went in together to buy me a new lens for my birthday. I'm so excited. Guess what I'll be doing this weekend??? If you see me this weekend don't be surprised if I put my camera in your face and ask you to stand still so I can take your picture. :)
I already had the opportunity to try it out on some very willing subjects at the hockey rink tonight when we met my cousin and her family for ice skating. 5 kids on skates, 4 using the PVC walkers to help them skate and Russ is the one who ends up wiping out! The best part...I got it on camera. Check it out with my new lens!!!
He's ok, but may be sore tomorrow. :/ Poor guy!
