We're going ice skating!!! I'm SO excited. I think the only thing that would make me more excited to take the kids skating would be if my brother Matt could come with us. We'll miss him and we hope he can come with us next time, but for now I'm crossing my fingers that the kids will have a good time trying something new and will want to try it again. Oh! Did I mention that my cousin Mandy and her family are coming with us? In addition to enjoying their company (because we really do!) I'm thinking that Avah and Benn will be less apprehensive about putting on big bulky shoe-like things with only a very thin piece of metal between them and a massive sheet of ice, if their older cousins Taylor and C.J. are out there fearlessly twirling around.
So, we'll see...I'll do my best to take some pictures, but I may be busy holding hands with the kids and trying to stand up on my own two feet (its been about 4 years since I've skated-Yikes!).
