A New Recipe

We went met some friends in Lansing last weekend at PF Chang's restaurant. I'm embarrassed to say that it was my first time, and I was excited to try their famous lettuce wraps.

The verdict?

They were amazing! I would highly recommend them and Russ would too! Unfortunately, he wasn't able to make it to the restaurant with us so I brought some home for him to try. I think he was pleasantly surprised at how good they are. You know, things with lettuce (like salads) aren't usually that satisfying to men. But he really liked them. So much so that I tried googling it to find a recipe to make them at home.

I found this recipe that had rave reviews and didn't look too difficult (although there were more steps than I usually care for).

So, I tried this new recipe for dinner tonight and it was a huge hit. Check out what it looked like...
