Last night we had dinner at the Callison’s (my SIL-Amber’s parents). They have horses and Avah especially likes one in particular horse named Gus. Avah has always loved horses, and gets excited anytime we mention Gus (Amber’s grandpa made Avah a rocking horse for Christmas and its name is Gus too!) Everyday on our way home from daycare, we pass 2 or 3 horse pastures and Avah asks, “What day doin mama?” if they aren’t out grazing. We either tell her they are sleeping or eating dinner. It’s so cute.
Anyways, my point is she loves horses. And last night Avah was beaming when her Aunt Amber let her ride Gus. Check it out for yourself…
When Avah woke up this morning, she was still excited about it. She told everyone at daycare "I ride big horsie!"
Looks like we might have horses in our future. :)
